Webtelic.AI LLC ("Company", "we", "us") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard information when you use the AEGIS platform ("Service").

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Account Information

When you sign in with Google OAuth, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from Google. We use this information to create and manage your AEGIS account.

2.2 Workspace Data

Your workspace contains code files, agent session histories, configuration, and project data that you create or upload. This data is stored in your isolated workspace and is not accessible to other users.

2.3 Usage Data

We collect anonymized usage metrics including agent session counts, tool invocations, workspace storage usage, and API request volumes. This data is used to improve the Service and provide usage analytics within your account.

2.4 Agent Interactions

Prompts you send to AI agents and the responses generated are stored within your workspace session history. This data is used to provide the conversation interface and long-term memory features.

3. How We Use Your Data

• Provide the Service: To authenticate you, manage your workspaces, execute agent sessions, and store your generated code
• Improve the Platform: To analyze usage patterns, optimize performance, and develop new features
• Customer Support: To assist you with technical issues when you contact us
• Security: To detect, prevent, and respond to security threats and policy violations
• Billing: To manage subscriptions and process payments (handled by our payment processor)

4. What We Do NOT Do

• We do not use your code, prompts, or workspace data to train AI models
• We do not share your workspace data with other users or third parties
• We do not sell your personal information
• We do not access your workspace data unless required for support (with your permission) or legal compliance

5. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored in encrypted databases with workspace-level isolation. We implement industry-standard security measures including:

• Encryption at rest and in transit (TLS 1.3)
• Workspace isolation at the database level
• Regular security audits and penetration testing
• Access controls and audit logging for all administrative actions

6. Third-Party Services

When you use AI agent features, your prompts are transmitted to the LLM provider you select (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, etc.) for processing. Each provider's data handling is governed by their respective privacy policies. If you use BYOK (Bring Your Own Key), API calls are made directly under your API agreement with the provider.

7. Data Retention

We retain your workspace data for as long as your account is active. Upon account termination, your data is retained for 30 days to allow recovery, after which it is permanently deleted. Enterprise customers may negotiate custom retention periods.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access and export your personal data and workspace content
• Request correction of inaccurate personal data
• Request deletion of your account and associated data
• Object to processing of your data for certain purposes
• Data portability — export your workspace in standard formats

9. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies on our marketing pages.

10. Children's Privacy

The Service is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. The "Last updated" date at the top indicates when the policy was last revised.
